Taking Life In Stride: The more we take ownership for our reactions to others, recognizing reactions are about the past, not the present, the more we clear the path for a more peaceful, energized life, with far more equanimity than we have ever known before. Much of the drama we experience in our lives comes from unconscious reaction to stimuli that activate habituated patterns in the brain. There is a direct link between drama and trauma; between blaming others and unhappiness.
This session helps you to transform and reverse the patterns which contribute so much to drama, depletion, and the roller coaster ride that comes from emotional reactivity and blaming ourselves and others for our reactivity.
Enjoy this! Breathing into your awareness of unconditional love and unconditional acceptance softens everything: your body, your eyes, your heart, your mind.
Overcoming Holiday Blues
Let go of any sadness or grief that darkens your outlook on holidays that matter to you. While the holidays can be times of great joy, for many people they are not, and generate more stress and depression, instead. Loss, endings, painful childhood memories of holidays and family life blot out the light of these times. Designed for winter holidays, this meditation helps you to feel more illuminated from within, and more profoundly touched by the magic of these moments!
This is the introductory meditation from which all the others branch. In it you will experience all the basic elements of TITF: the grounding meditation, creation of your inner sanctuary, tapping to release emotional charge, holographic guided imagery to first continue the releasing of negativity then to reimprint at all levels a positive alternative from the field of infinite possibilities.
Useful for whatever ails you! If you don’t find what speaks more directly to your concern from the list of all these meditations, then this is the one to use.
Live with passion, with inspirited enthusiasm, joy and from the heart!
This talk/meditation was taken in part from a favorite Radiance Sutra that emphasizes living with wild abandon and openness to presence.
How can we enhance the quality of our lives, releasing ourselves to experience more creativity and open to the vast possibility that swirls around and within us continually?
What are some of the elements and processes that allow us to open to those spaces within us, to the flow of the life force that is gloriously light-filled in its essence. Note: this podcast contains a modified meditation; it is an invitational offering for you to open to your own passion and contains questions at the end that will lead you into more passionate living.
Have you ever seen the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater perform “Wade in the Water?” It’s an old spiritual about baptism, about immersing ourselves in the water of spirit, of life. In honor of it and all it represents, this meditation uses the water element to help you engage in a cleansing of stress and worry that is like a softly flowing river carries you to shores of sublime peace.
This meditation is quite colorful! Activating color within you increases your vibratory levels, increases your feeling of aliveness. It asks what increased access to creativity might feel and look like in your life; how might you want to express your creativity; what is it you long to do creatively? The grounding meditation helps you increase your relationship to Mother Earth and to release stress & tension before you open to the creative spark of life within you & encouraging theta level activation.
