Tapping into the Light Meditation @ Just Be Meditation

This release work doesn’t just help you feel better in the moment. It is releasing the effects of this issue that are still activating in your body, still affecting your brain and nervous system, your energy system and therefore still intruding in your life, distorting perceptions of safety and threat, interfering in your relationships, and decreasing the quality of your life.

The more fully these effects are released the more whole you begin to feel, and the more whole you begin to feel, the more energy you begin to have to feel vitally, powerfully, and positively alive, creative, and engaged in the wondrous opportunities of life. 

Add tapping to what you are already doing to heal and grow and you will be amazed at the results!
